WorkNaa Brand Ambassador Program Terms
These terms govern participation in the WorkNaa Brand Ambassador Program operated by VuuLoop LTD.
1. Eligibility
Applicants must provide accurate information and meet the requirements of the WorkNaa Brand Ambassador Program.
Approval is subject to review by VuuLoop LTD. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Approved Brand Ambassadors must maintain accurate account and contact information and comply with these Program Terms and the WorkNaa Brand Ambassador Agreement.
2. Brand Ambassador Role
Brand Ambassadors introduce WorkNaa to businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals and generate qualifying customer referrals through approved referral methods.
Brand Ambassadors participate independently and are not employees, partners or general representatives of VuuLoop LTD.
Brand Ambassadors must not represent themselves as employees, Country Agents or official representatives of VuuLoop LTD unless separately authorized.
3. Referral Rules
A referral must be submitted through an approved WorkNaa referral method and must be correctly attributed to the Brand Ambassador.
Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, duplicate referrals and referrals involving existing WorkNaa customers or existing sales opportunities may not qualify for commission.
Where multiple parties claim the same customer, VuuLoop LTD may determine the valid referral attribution based on its records and applicable program rules.
4. Commission
Approved Brand Ambassadors may earn a 5% recurring commission on qualifying subscription payments actually received by WorkNaa from customers directly attributed to the Brand Ambassador.
The commission may continue for as long as the qualifying customer maintains an active paid subscription with WorkNaa, subject to the Brand Ambassador Agreement and these Program Terms.
No commission is payable on free trials, unpaid subscriptions, refunded payments, reversed transactions, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions or other non-qualifying transactions.
5. Commission Payouts
Customer payments may take approximately two (2) business days or longer to settle with WorkNaa, depending on the payment provider and banking process.
A commission becomes payable after the applicable customer payment has been received and confirmed by WorkNaa.
Approved commissions are paid within seven (7) days after becoming payable, subject to verification and the applicable payout conditions.
The minimum payout threshold is 10,000 RWF. Commission balances below this threshold may remain in the Brand Ambassador account until the threshold is reached.
6. Promotional Conduct
Brand Ambassadors must represent WorkNaa honestly and professionally.
Brand Ambassadors must not:
Make false or misleading claims about WorkNaa.
Promise guaranteed income, results or discounts.
Advertise unauthorized commission rates or offers.
Use spam or deceptive promotional methods.
Impersonate WorkNaa or VuuLoop LTD.
Use unauthorized branding or promotional materials.
Make commitments on behalf of VuuLoop LTD without authorization.
7. Confidentiality
Brand Ambassadors must protect non-public customer, business, pricing, referral and program information obtained through their participation in the program.
8. Agreement Term
Approved Brand Ambassadors enter into a two (2) year Brand Ambassador Agreement beginning from the applicable Effective Date, subject to the terms of that Agreement and applicable renewal provisions.
9. Suspension and Termination
VuuLoop LTD may suspend or terminate participation where there is fraud, abuse, misconduct, violation of these Program Terms, unauthorized representation of WorkNaa or another serious breach.
Commissions already earned and payable before termination remain subject to the applicable payout and verification requirements.
Recurring commissions for qualifying customers acquired during an active Brand Ambassador Agreement may continue subject to the Brand Ambassador Agreement and applicable termination conditions.
10. Program Changes
VuuLoop LTD may update the Brand Ambassador Program, referral requirements, commission procedures, payout conditions or other Program Terms when reasonably necessary.
Material changes affecting commission eligibility or payout conditions will be communicated through the applicable program channels or updated Program Terms.
11. Acceptance
By applying to or participating in the WorkNaa Brand Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Program Terms and the applicable WorkNaa Brand Ambassador Agreement.
